These terms govern your use of all features including the fantasy cricket game, Fun Zone, leaderboards, private leagues, blog content, match previews and all other services provided by Cricket Experts.
Cricket Experts is a private fantasy cricket platform operated for entertainment purposes only. Participation is subject to availability — the platform may limit registrations at any time.
Your profile is created when you complete the setup form after Google sign-in. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend any account that violates these terms or disrupts other users.
Cricket Experts is completely free to play. There are no entry fees, no deposits and no real money involved in any form. This is not a gambling platform.
We may announce prizes for top-ranked players at our discretion. Any such prizes will be communicated through the Platform. Prizes are non-monetary or token-value and do not constitute gambling winnings. Prize announcements, eligibility criteria and terms will be published when prizes are introduced.
Cricket Experts displays minimal, non-intrusive advertising in certain sections of the app (such as the home page, leaderboard and team view pages) and on public-facing blog and preview pages. We do not display ads on the team editing page or in any experience-critical flow.
Our principle: user experience and game quality come first. Ads are present but never at the cost of usability. We do not use your personal game data to target advertising.
Third-party ad scripts may collect anonymised browsing data according to their own privacy policies. You may opt out of personalised advertising through your browser or device settings.
All original content on Cricket Experts — including scoring systems, UI design, editorial content (match previews, fantasy tips), code and copy — is the property of Cricket Experts.
Important: Cricket Experts is an independent, fan-made platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or in any way officially connected to the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), the Indian Premier League (IPL), any IPL franchise, or any official cricket governing body. The IPL name and team names are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced here for informational and fan entertainment purposes only.
Player names are used for fantasy entertainment purposes, consistent with the established practice of fantasy sports platforms operating under fair use principles. Cricket Experts makes no claim over the likeness, name rights or image rights of any player.
Player imagery: Player photographs used within the platform are sourced from publicly available sources. We make a good-faith effort to use only images that are freely available for fan use. If you are a rights holder and believe an image is being used improperly, contact us at the email below and we will remove it promptly.
Blog content, match previews and fantasy tips are editorial opinions of Cricket Experts contributors. They are not guarantees of match outcomes or fantasy performance. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of any content.
The Platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for downtime, data errors, match result disputes or any consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.
Your privacy matters. Cricket Experts uses Supabase as its backend and authentication provider, and Google OAuth for sign-in. By signing in you also agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
